EXCELLENTVerified Great location for a conference in Davis. We had a corporate group and it was great. Amazing location for evening dinners in the large kitchen with the bbq grill in the patio. The estate is spacious with lots of rooms which are nicely located away from the common area, so guests can easily get some peace and quiet if needed. We stayed there with multiple families and everyone felt like they had enough space and entertainment throughout the weekend. Mila was also an amazing host- very responsive and helpful. All communication was immediate and they were friendly and ready to help if need be. The castle and grounds are beautiful and definitely worth every penny we paid. It’s a fantastic place to have family get togethers as well as just relaxing and enjoying the quietness. It’s a great location, close to everything yet you feel someone far from the hustle and bustle of Davis. Will definitely stay again 10/10Posted on AirbnbVerified We enjoyed this property on Memorial Day weekend with our family including 7 adults and six kids.This estate is a real gem and conveniently located near shopping but with the feeling of being in a quiet secluded locale.It is truly a castle with large scale rooms and many amenities. The large pond was great for the kids to use the paddle boat on as well as the paddle board. The pool was a good size and provided lots of enjoyment on the sun filled afternoons. There was an outdoor ping pong table as well as cornhole. The lawn is just so lush and the waterfall trickling through the property was a nice feature. We enjoyed the dining area that had a round table that accommodated all of us easily. Also there was a great outdoor eating area. There is an indoor movie theater as well as a large game room with pool table. No one was bored that is for sure. Mila was very easy to reach and was quite helpful when issues arose regarding questions about the house. We stayed there with two other families while our kids were at a basketball tournament in Sacramento. The property is immaculate both inside and out. The kids played foosball, ping pong, basketball, and we all swam in the infinity pool that overlooks the lake. We got to take out a paddle boat as well on the lake, which was such a treat! The home was very clean, neat and had tons of pots, pans, and all necessities for cooking. We used the outdoor bbq to grill and enjoyed the lush landscape. We even took a walk all along the gorgeous property grounds as the sun set. I wish we could have stayed there longer. I would highly recommend this property to those looking for a quiet, safe and gorgeous getaway that they’ll remember for many years. It was perfect for our group. Will book again when back in Davis…
